Liability
Please read the below carefully and agree to declaration before engaging with Niamh O’Brien’s products, services and offerings. By accessing or using Niamh O’Brien’s website and any of Niamh’s offerings you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not want to be bound by these terms you should not visit or use any of the information, products or services offered.

Declaration
I am participating in services, products and offerings by Niamh O’Brien. I recognise there are precautions and contraindications for receiving services by Niamh, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a doctor prior to and regarding my participation in Niamh’s sessions should I need to. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in Niamh’s offerings.

I am informed of 1-1 Biofield Tuning contraindications because the energy attunement could be overwhelming and tiring for me: current pregnancy, active cancer, terminal illness, recent concussion, pacemaker.
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the sessions offered by Niamh. I will not hold Biofield with Niamh to any higher standard of care than applicable.

I understand that Niamh’s offerings may involve a natural hands-on method. I consent to hands on treatment. I understand very clearly that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological care.
I understand that Niamh does not diagnose conditions, nor does she prescribe medicines, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I have.

If I wish to receive healing with the use of ceremonial grade cacao, I have informed Niamh if I am taking anti-depressants or have any food sensitivities, am pregnant or breastfeeding or have a heart condition. This is because Niamh needs to be informed for my best interest.

I release Biofield with Niamh from any liability for injuries or health issues that are not directly or proximately caused by professional negligence.

I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Niamh O’Brien for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in Niamh’s offerings.

I hereby take full and sole responsibility for any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with Biofield with Niamh. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Biofield with Niamh or its employees for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
I understand that Niamh will create and retain Client Information Form in line with Data Protection Legislation.
I agree not to use Biofield with Niamh for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
I agree to provide accurate and current information for my membership account. I agree to keep my login credentials secure and do not allow anyone else to access my account. I agree to inform Niamh if there has been any unauthorised use of or access to my account. I am responsible for anything that happens through my account with or without my permission. Biofield with Niamh is not responsible foy any loss or activity that results from the unauthorised use of my account.

I agree that I will not directly or indirectly exploit Biofield with Niamh in any unauthorised manner. I will not copy, reproduce, adapt, or modify Biofield with Niamh.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biofield with Niamh from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, due to or arising out of your use of Biofield with Niamh’s products, services and offerings.

Any medical or health information provided should be considered of a general nature and not a substitute for the advice of a medical professional. The information presented by Biofield with Niamh is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. Biofield with Niamh recommends that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. You agree to seek such services when you see necessary. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation or rescheduling 48 hours before the event/appointment start time. No refund within 48 hours of event starting. Unfortunately any no-shows will be charged.

Services and Products Refunds
Refunds must be requested in writing via email to biofieldwithniamh@gmail.com or phone call Niamh on 0851661603.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is handled by An Post and for orders within Ireland delivery is usually delivered within 2- 5 days and up to 10 business days in other parts of Europe. If you need special shipping or tracked postage we can arrange that, please email Niamh.
