During the session, you will lie down comfortably, you won’t have to say anything; the tuning forks will facilitate the release of energy. I begin from the time you were in your mother’s womb and work up to your current age. This process involves clearing any “stuckness” from your past. I can pinpoint the ages at which you encountered stressful times in your life.

We focus on those challenging moments until the energy is released from that particular time in your life. You won’t forget the memory, but you will discharge from how you felt at the time, leading to a reduction in triggering responses.
